How to Apply: 
Candidates may apply for the above mentioned posts in the prescribed format as given below duly superscribing on the envelope “Application for the post of ---------------(post applied for)” to Secretary, New Mangalore Port Trust, Panambur, Mangalore-575010. with attested copies of certificates with regard to qualification/experience, age proof, caste, experience etc.Candidates should have attached these following documents:
1. Two latest passport size photographs (to insert/attach in a transparent envelope).
2. Attested photo copies of all required certificates.
3. No objection certificate from the respective ports/Organizations.
4. Copies of ACR/APARs for the last 5 years attested by the officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
5. Undertaking of the applicants to the effect that candidature will not be withdrawn, if selected.
6. Vigilance and Administrative Clearance of the concerned Port/ Organizations in the prescribed format enclosed.
7. Certificate to be given by the employer as in the overleaf of the application format.
8. In case of SC/ST candidates, caste certificate should be produced in the prescribed format and in the case of OBC candidates’ certificate in the Central Govt. format.
