Profile Name: Home Guard Volunteers (General) posts.

No. of Vacancies: 6943 (6642 for male candidates; 301 for Female candidates)

Educational Eligibility: Applicants who want to apply for these Home Guard Volunteers (General) posts, must have passed their Matriculation or 10th class with good academic records. It is important that the Candidate must be resident of New Delhi.

Age Bond: Age limit for male candidates must in between 20 years to 47 years as on the date of advertisement where as for female candidates age limit must in between 20 years to 42 years.

Selection Process: Selection Process of candidates will mainly based on Physical Endurance Test followed by Written test. There is no interview will be conducted for all categories. Male candidates should have 165 cms minimum height. For female candidates it should be 150 cms.

Application Fee: All candidates have to pay an Application fee of Rs.100/- (One hundred rupees only).

Process of Applying: Candidates may send their application forms completed in all respects along with all relevant documents, application fee, recent passport size photograph etc to the address of 'DSO, Recruitment Cell, Nishkam Sewa Bhawan, CTI Complex, Near Shivaji College, Raja Garden, New Delhi – 110027' before 15th March, 2016 through speed post or registered post.

IMPORTANT DATES:

·        Commencement of application forms is 15th February, 2016.

Last date to send completed applications to given address is 15th March, 2016 i.e. from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
