(ii) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC. Those candidates, who have cleared the State Eligibility Test (SLET/SET) accredited by UGC for eligibility for Lectureship held prior to 1st June 2002, are exempted from the requirement of NET. For SLET/SET held from 1st June, 2002 onwards, only those candidates are eligible who have qualified J&K State Eligibility Test (SET) for Lectureship.
(iii) Candidates with Ph. D. Degree awarded in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
(iv) NET/SLET/SET shall, however, not be required in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwD are required to pay only Rs.150 as application fee. The DD should be drawn on any nationalised bank favouring Central University of Kashmir, payable at Srinagar (J&K). बी) ऐसे अभ्यर्थी
जिन्होंने सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की किसी भी शाखाओं/कार्यालयों में अस्थायी/अनियत
श्रमिक के रूप में कार्य किया है, एकबारगी कार्रवाई के रूप में उपर्युक्त पदों पर
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में निम्न अहर्ताओं के अधीन भाग लेने के लिए पात्र होंगे.
1. ऐसे
अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने अस्थायी/अनियत श्रमिक के रूप में लगातार 12 माह की अवधि के
दौरान न्यूनतम 45 दिनों तक कार्य किया है.
2. अभ्यर्थी
की आयु (पात्र वर्ग में नियमानुसार छूट के अनुसार) 18 से 26 वर्ष होना चाहिए. जब उन्होंने शुरूआत में अस्थायी/अनियत श्रमित
के रूप में सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की किसी भी शाखा/कार्यालय में कार्य हेतु रखा
गया हो.
3. दिनांक
09.08.2012 को अभ्यर्थी की आयु बिना वर्ग (अर्थात अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/
अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/सामान्य) पर ध्यान दिए 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए.
4. अभ्यर्थी
को 12 माह की लगातार अवधि के दौरान न्यूनतम 45 दिनों तक अस्थायी/अनियत आधार पर
कार्य करने के दावे के लिए बैंक को स्वीकार्य संतोषजनक साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करना
होगा.
5. रोजगार
कार्यालय में पंजीयन अपेक्षित हैं, किंतु यह अनिवार्य नहीं है. अतः ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जिनके पास रोजगार कार्यालय
में पंजीयन का वैद्य पंजीकरण है. उन्हें आवेदन के साथ इस आशय का विधिवत रूप से
राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित पंजीकरण कार्ड की प्रति संलग्न करना चाहिए.
6. ऐसे
अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने न्यायालय/एएलसी/आरएलसी/सीजीआई के समक्ष बैंक के स्थायी
रोजगार के लिए दावा प्रस्तुत किया है और ऐसे मामले अंतिम निर्णय के लिए अभी तक
लंबित हैं, को यदि वे संबंधित पदों के लिए अन्यथा पात्र हैं, इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया
में भाग लेने के पूर्व स्वेच्छा से शर्तरहित विभिन्न फोरा पर दायर प्रकरणों को
वापिस लेना होगा और यह वचन देते हुए इस आशय की घोषणा करनी होगी कि वे भर्ती
प्रक्रिया एवं परिणाम उन पर बाध्यकारी होंगे.
शैक्षणिक योग्यताः
(क) उपर्युक्त
पदों के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता न्यूनतम आठवीं पास अथवा इसके समकक्ष है. उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता को बैंक की सेवा में
किसी भी प्रकार की छूट और वेटेज नहीं है तथा कोई भी अभ्यर्थी उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता
के आधार पर वर्तमान में अथवा भविष्य में पदोन्नति आदि के लिए दावा नहीं कर सकता
है. सफल अभ्यर्थी को उसकी उच्च शैक्षणिक
योग्यता पर ध्यान दिए बगैर केवल सफाई कर्मचारी सह अधीनस्थ कर्मचारी और/अथवा
अधीनस्थ कर्मचारी के पद पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा.
(ख ) चयनित
अभ्यर्थियों की तैनाती प्रारंभ में भर्ती क्षेत्र में की जाएगी किंतु प्रबंधन की
अनिवार्यता और आवश्यकताओं के तहत उनकी सेवाएं स्थानांतरित की जा सकती हैं.
(ग ) चयनित
अभ्यर्थी 6 माह की परिवीक्षाधीन अवधि पर रहेंगे.
(घ ) वेतनमानः
बैंक के नियमानुसार देय होगा.
( ) आवेदन एवं

प्रमाण-पत्र की राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित प्रति एवं सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ
इंडिया की शाखा/कार्यालय जिसमें कार्य किया है के प्रमाण की प्रति संलग्न करनी
होंगी एवं साक्षात्कार के समय इनकी मूल प्रतियां अपने साथ लानी होंगी, जिन्हें
कि सत्यापित प्रतियों से मिलाकर वापस कर दिया जाएगा.
3. अपूर्ण/आधे
भरे हुए अथवा प्रमाण-पत्रों की सत्यापित प्रतियों के बगैर प्राप्त आवेदनों को
निरस्त माना जाएगा एवं इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार आदि नहीं किया
जाएगा.
4. पात्र
अभ्यर्थियों को निर्धारित दिनांक को साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाया पत्र प्रेषित किया
जाएगा एवं निर्धारित दिनांक एवं समय पर अभ्यर्थी को सूचित स्थान पर साक्षात्कार
हेतु उपस्थित होना होगा अन्यथा अनुपस्थित रहने वाले अभ्यर्थी के आवेदन पर कोई
विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और न ही इस संबंध में कोई भी पत्राचार आदि पर ध्यान दिया
जाएगा.
पात्र
अभ्यर्थियों के अलावा अन्य अभ्यर्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार की सूचना देने के लिए
बैंक बाध्य नहीं होगा.
5. चयन
के उपरांत यदि कोई भी जानकारी गलत अथवा असत्य पाई जाती है तो चयनित अभ्यर्थी की
नियुक्ति समाप्त कर दी जाएगी.
6. बैंक
के पास बिना कारण बताए किसी भी आवेदन, उपर्युक्त भर्ती प्रक्रिया को विलंबित करने
एवं निरस्त करने का सर्वाधिकार सुरक्षित होगा.
