बी) ऐसे अभ्‍यर्थी जिन्‍होंने सेन्‍ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की किसी भी शाखाओं/कार्यालयों में अस्‍थायी/अनियत श्रमिक के रूप में कार्य किया है, एकबारगी कार्रवाई के रूप में उपर्युक्‍त पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया में निम्‍न अहर्ताओं के अधीन भाग लेने के लिए पात्र होंगे.

1.  ऐसे अभ्‍यर्थी जिन्‍होंने अस्‍थायी/अनियत श्रमिक के रूप में लगातार 12 माह की अवधि के दौरान न्‍यूनतम 45 दिनों तक कार्य किया है.

2.  अभ्‍यर्थी की आयु (पात्र वर्ग में नियमानुसार छूट के अनुसार) 18 से 26 वर्ष होना चाहिए.  जब उन्‍होंने शुरूआत में अस्‍थायी/अनियत श्रमित के रूप में सेन्‍ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की किसी भी शाखा/कार्यालय में कार्य हेतु रखा गया हो.

3.  दिनांक 09.08.2012 को अभ्‍यर्थी की आयु बिना वर्ग (अर्थात अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्‍य पिछड़ा वर्ग/सामान्‍य) पर ध्‍यान दिए 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए.

4.  अभ्‍यर्थी को 12 माह की लगातार अवधि के दौरान न्‍यूनतम 45 दिनों तक अस्‍थायी/अनियत आधार पर कार्य करने के दावे के लिए बैंक को स्‍वीकार्य संतोषजनक साक्ष्‍य प्रस्‍तुत करना होगा.

5.  रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीयन अपेक्षित हैं, किंतु यह अनिवार्य नहीं है.  अतः ऐसे अभ्‍यर्थी जिनके पास रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीयन का वैद्य पंजीकरण है. उन्‍हें आवेदन के साथ इस आशय का विधिवत रूप से राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्‍यापित पंजीकरण कार्ड की प्रति संलग्‍न करना चाहिए.

6.  ऐसे अभ्‍यर्थी जिन्‍होंने न्‍यायालय/एएलसी/आरएलसी/सीजीआई के समक्ष बैंक के स्‍थायी रोजगार के लिए दावा प्रस्‍तुत किया है और ऐसे मामले अंतिम निर्णय के लिए अभी तक लंबित हैं, को यदि वे संबंधित पदों के लिए अन्‍यथा पात्र हैं, इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने के पूर्व स्‍वेच्‍छा से शर्तरहित विभिन्‍न फोरा पर दायर प्रकरणों को वापिस लेना होगा और यह वचन देते हुए इस आशय की घोषणा करनी होगी कि वे भर्ती प्रक्रिया एवं परिणाम उन पर बाध्‍यकारी होंगे.

शैक्षणिक योग्‍यताः

(क) उपर्युक्‍त पदों के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्‍यता न्‍यूनतम आठवीं पास अथवा इसके समकक्ष है.  उच्‍च शैक्षणिक योग्‍यता को बैंक की सेवा में किसी भी प्रकार की छूट और वेटेज नहीं है तथा कोई भी अभ्‍यर्थी उच्‍च शैक्षणिक योग्‍यता के आधार पर वर्तमान में अथवा भविष्‍य में पदोन्‍नति आदि के लिए दावा नहीं कर सकता है.  सफल अभ्‍यर्थी को उसकी उच्‍च शैक्षणिक योग्‍यता पर ध्‍यान दिए बगैर केवल सफाई कर्मचारी सह अधीनस्‍थ कर्मचारी और/अथवा अधीनस्‍थ कर्मचारी के पद पर नियुक्‍त किया जाएगा.

(ख )   चयनित अभ्‍यर्थियों की तैनाती प्रारंभ में भर्ती क्षेत्र में की जाएगी किंतु प्रबंधन की अनिवार्यता और आवश्‍यकताओं के तहत उनकी सेवाएं स्‍थानांतरित की जा सकती हैं.

(ग )   चयनित अभ्‍यर्थी 6 माह की परिवीक्षाधीन अवधि पर रहेंगे.

(घ )   वेतनमानः बैंक के नियमानुसार देय होगा.

AGRICULTURAL SCIENTISTS RECRUITMENT BOARD

Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold a competitive ARS Examination – 2012 as per the following scheme where in two separate examinations will be held as:
 

(i) Preliminary – ARS Examination – 2012 on 24.02.2013 (Sunday) from 02.00 pm to 04.00 pm.
(ii) ARS – Main Examination – 2012 on 23.06.2013 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm.
 

Candidates declared successful in ARS Main Examination and viva-voce will be recommended for appointment as Scientists in Agricultural Research Service (ARS) of Indian Council of Agricultural Research in the pay band of Rs.15,600-39,100 plus research grade pay of Rs.6,000/- The Preliminary ARS Examination is a qualifying examination and its marks will not be carried forward for determining final merit of the candidates. All those candidates desirous of appearing for ARS will have to take both the examinations and viva-voce. Since a pass in the Preliminary examination is compulsory for all candidates, only those candidates who qualify the Preliminary ARS Examination will be eligible to appear in the ARS Main Examination.
