Ph.D. in Management/ Engineering with at least 60% marks in the Master & Bachelor degree. Applicant should have at least 5 years service in the scale having Pay Band : Rs. 1560039100,GP: 5400/6600/in PB3, with relevant experience in an academic/ research institution as per the job profile given below. 

or

Masters in Engineering / Management with the first degree in Engineering/Sciences with at least 60% marks.
