WII Recruitment 2016

WII Recruitment 2016 – Project Fellow, Scientist & Other Posts: Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehra Dun has published notification for the recruitment of Project Scientist, Project Associate, Project Fellow & Project Assistant Grade 2 vacancies for Species Conservation Programmes on contractual basis. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 27-01-2016 by 17:00 hrs & 01-02-2016 by 17:00 hrs for remote areas. Name of the Posts:
1. Project Scientist: 07 Posts
2. Project Associate: 02 Posts
3. Project Fellow: 09 Posts
4. Project Assistant Grade 2: 02 Posts

Total No. of Posts: 20

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 50 years for Post No. 1, 45 years for Post No. 2, 40 years for post No. 03 & 35 years for Post No. 4 as on 01-02-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D in Wildlife Sciences/ Zoology/ Life Science/ Forestry, B.V.Sc for Post No. 01, M.Sc in Wild Life sciences/ Forestry/ Environmental Science or Management/ Botany/ Zoology & Masters Degree in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Economics/ Psychology/ Mass Communications for Post No. 02 & 04, B.A in Sociology/ Anthropology & Bachelors Degree in any discipline for Post No. 03 .

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in A-4 size paper (210 x 297 mm) in the prescribed format along with fee, self attested copies of date of birth certificate, educational qualification certificate, experience certificates & an envelope should be super scribed with “Project name and Position applied for” by the Registered post/ Speed post/ Hand in a cover to the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, Chandrabani, Dehradun-248 002 (Uttarakhand) on or before 27-01-2016 by 17:00 hrs & 01-02-2016 by 17:00 hrs for remote areas.
