The Institute invites applications for the following positions from Indian nationals possessing excellent academic record and relevant work experience. 

Post : Executive Engineer (Civil and Electrical), Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Junior Engineer (Mechanical), Office Assistant

Executive Engineer (Civil and Electrical)

Qualification And Experience : 

BE (Civil) with minimum 12 years of relevant experience in execution of construction/maintenance works in Govt./semi Govt. organizations. 

Retired (Superannuated / VRS) Executive Engineers or Assistant Engineers with at least 7 years relevant experience from CPWD/PWD/MES services may also be considered.

Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 55,000/- to Rs. 65,000/- commensurate with qualification and relevant experience. 

Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

Qualification And Experience : 

BE (Electrical) with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Electrical Installations /maintenance work in Govt./semi Govt. organizations. 

Retired (Superannuated / VRS) Executive Engineers (Elect.) or Assistant Engineers (Elect.) from CPWD/ PWD/MES services may also be considered.

Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 55,000/- to Rs. 65,000/- commensurate with qualification and relevant experience. 

Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Qualification And Experience : 

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 

Minimum 3 years experience in handling maintenance of AC plant rooms and HVAC works. 

Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- commensurate with qualification and relevant experience.

Office Assistant 

Qualification And Experience : 

Bachelor degree or equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks/equivalent grade. Should have computer operation knowledge. Candidate with short hand expertise may be preferred. 

Minimum 3 years experience in estate department of Government organizations / reputed construction companies

Consolidated emoluments : Rs.17,800/- per month.
