EMOLUMENTS : (i) Officer Scale-I (Asstt. Manager) : Rs. 27,644/- * (approximate)
(ii) Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Rs. 15,292/-* (approximate)
*Inclusive of D.A. & HRA at the current rates depending on the place of posting. CCA, Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity, etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Bank.
PROBATION PERIOD: 2 years for Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) and 1 year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
NOTE : Candidates applying for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) must be domicile of Uttar Pradesh.

For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) : Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Between 18 years and 28 years
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (as on 01-06-2012)
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Essential: Proficiency in local language
