RPSC Requirement of Junior Law Officer,Jr. Accountant and Tehsil Revenue Accountant

Rajasthan Public Service Commission

Post : Jr. Law Officer, Jr. Accountant, Tehsil Revenue Accountant, Physical Training Instructor Gr- II, Physical Training Instructor Gr- III

Total Post : 7696 (150+ 3491+156+1041+2858)

Last Date of Application : 20/10/2013

Age : 21 to 35 Years and 18 - 35 Years for PTI Gr. II and III

Salary : 9300-34800 + GP (11) 3600

Qualification :
Jr. Law Officer : Must be law graduate from a university established by Law in India or its equivalent with three years course of proficiency (Professional) degree.
Compulsory Qualification : Working knowledge of hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture

For the Post of Junior Accountant:- A candidate for direct recruitment must hold a degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of University established by Law in India or a Foreign University declared by the Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent with a degree of a University established by Law in India.

Explanation :- For the purpose of the Schedule a degree in Arts or Science does not include a Degree in Agriculture, Medicine, Engineering and Technology.

For the Post of Tehsil Revenue Accountant:- A candidate for direct recruitment must hold a degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Agriculture of a University established by Law in India or of a Foreign University declared by the Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent of a degree of a University established by Law in India.

Note :- For the purpose of this rule a degree in Arts or Science does not include a Degree in Medicine, Engineering and Technology.

And (for both posts)

“O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. Or Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. Or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications of a University established by Law in India or of an institution recognized by the Government. Or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government. Or Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RS-CIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited. 

Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.(for both posts)

For the Post of PTI Gr. II :- Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education

And

Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture

For the Post of PTI Gr. III :-.Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Certificate in Physical education (C.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed.) recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education

And

Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture

(2) Two years experience at the Bar or if worked as Prosecuting Sub-Inspector experience for 2 years as such.

Post : Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector,

Salary : Running Pay Band - 2 (9300-34800) + GP 3600/-

1. Qualification :

(i) Must have passed Secondary Examination of a recognised Board; and

(ii) A Diploma in Automobile Engineering. (3 years’ course) or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board ofTechnical Education (3 years’ course)

OR

Any qualification in either of the above disciplines declared equivalent by the Central Government or State Government; and

(iii) Working experience of at least one year in a reputed Automobile Workshop which undertakes repairs of both light motor vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles fitted with petrol and diesel engines; and

(iv) Must hold a driving License authorising him to drive Motor cycle, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger vehicles. Nothing contained in this Notification shall apply to persons whose names were under consideration for appointment to the post of Inspector of Motor Vehicles or Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles (by whatever names called) by the State Government prior to first day of July, 1989 or to an officer appointed to such post before the first day of July, 1989 or to an officer appointed to discharge functions of a nontechnical nature.
