Eligibility Criteria - 1. Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University in India or abroad.
2. Minimum15 years’ experience in Financial Institution/ bank/ NGO
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Vision building/ Strategic Plan/Execution of Livelihood Projects/ Microfinance/ Research/ Monitoring and Evaluation of projects at State or the National level Institutions.
4. Demonstrated expertise in the field of training & capacity building and micro finance.
5. Having experience in conceptualizing, designing and conducting Research and trainings, related to the thematic areas required for the project(Skill Development and Livelihood generation and micro finance).
6. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi languages– both written and verbal.
7. Ability to travel and stay across the nation, as per the need of the project.
Salary - Rs.60000/-p.m.

3. Demonstrated expertise in the field of Vocational Training, Skill Development and finance.
4. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi languages- both written and verbal.
5. Ability and willingness to travel, as needed, across the country including travel and stay in remote locations.
Post – Assistant Project Director [03 posts].
Eligibility Criteria - 1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in
India or abroad.
2. Minimum 7 years experience in project management activities covering Program planning & designing and implementation, Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation at State or National level institutions.
3. Demonstrated expertise in the field of Vocational Training/Skill Development.
4. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi languages- both written and verbal.
5. Ability to travel across Maharashtra including travel and stay in remote locations.
Salary - Rs. 29000/-p.m.
