Educational Qualification : B.SC (Agriculture) or B.SC (कृषि  उघ्यान ) ओनर्स अथवा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ सीनियर माध्यमिक या पुराणी योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ उच्च माध्यमिक ।

स्पस्टीकरण : B.SC (Agriculture) or B.SC (कृषि  उघ्यान ) ओनर्स अथवा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ सीनियर माध्यमिक या पुराणी योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ उच्च माध्यमिक की शैक्षणिक नहीं होने की दशा में एम .एस .सी . (कृषि) या  एम .एस .सी . (उघ्यान ) के डिग्रीधारी तथा सीनियर सेकेंडरी (व्यव्शायिक) वाले अभ्यर्थी उक्त पद के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।

EMOLUMENTS :
Officer Scale-II At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.36986.10 per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
Officer Scale-I At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.27644.25 per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.13762.80 per
month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate

Probation Period : 2 Year for Officer Scale - I & II, and 1 year for office assistant

Age (As on 01-06-2012) 
For Officer Scale-II : Above 21 years - Below 32 years
For Officer Scale-I : Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant : Between 18 years and 28 years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
I. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (as on 01-06-2012)

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
(i) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline.
(ii) (a) Essential: Proficiency in local language *
(b) Desirable : Knowledge of  Computer skills.

Officer Scale-I 
i. Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent. (Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management.)
ii. Proficiency in local language

iii. Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
 Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of  50% marks in aggregate.
Experience : Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers
Treasury Manager : Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute
Experience : 1 Year

Agricultural Officer
Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience : 2 Year
