Education : 1 -- M.Sc. degree in Vegetable Science/Olericulture/Horticulture/Plant Breeding and Genetics/Botany/Seed Science/PlantScience with research work related to breeding/production technology of vegetable crops.

2.M.Sc. degree in Vegetable Science/Olericulture/ Horticulture/Plant Breeding/Botany/Seed Science with research work related to breeding/production technology of vegetable crops.

3.Ph.D. degree in Vegetable Breeding/Horticulture/Plant Breeding & Genetics//Plant Biotechnology/Life Sciences/ Botany/ Plant Sciences with research work related to breeding/Molecular breeding/Transformation in vegetable crops. NET qualified and knowledge/Experience in application of molecular markers for marker assisted selection.

Age Limit: 35 Years of Age maximum

Walk In Interview: - Monday, the 14th January, 2013 at 10.30 A.M.

Pay Scale:  For Post no 1 or 2-- Rs.12,000/- + HRA per month

                 For Post no 3 -- Rs.18,000/- + HRA per month

The eligible candidates should bring an application on plain paper addressed to Head, Division of Vegetable Science, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110 012 along with complete bio-data giving full particulars, i.e. proof of age, proof of reservation, qualifications, examinations passed, marks obtained in each examination, research experience in project/scheme, publications (only published, with a set of Photostat copy), NOC from the present employer etc. The candidate should submit one set of attested copies of marks sheets/transcripts. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
