Pay Scale: 1. Rs. 20600 – 3% – 46500 (CTC Rs. 6.90 Lacs p. a.) + Variable Pay-PRP
      (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 40% of basic pay)
2. Rs. 16400 – 3% – 40500 (CTC Rs. 5.52 Lacs p. a.) + Variable Pay-PRP
      (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 40% of basic pay)
